Outdoor Market Season
Held outdoors in the spacious parking lot at Farnsworth Middle School during fair weather, providing open-air booth spaces for local farmers, bakers, and regional artisans.
Winter Indoor Transition
When snowy or freezing conditions arrive, the Sunday market will relocate indoors into the Farnsworth Middle School cafeteria, ensuring year-round access to fresh local produce without seasonal interruption.
Prospective Vendor Information & Requirements
Farm Haven welcomes applications from regional fruit and vegetable growers, artisanal bakers, honey and maple producers, and dairy/poultry farmers.
Target minimum $1,000,000 general liability certificate naming Farm Haven, Inc. as certificate holder / additional insured.
Article 20-C Food Processing License, NYS Home Processor Exemption registration, or County Department of Health permit where applicable.
NYS DTF-17A Certificate of Authority for vendors selling taxable items (or proof of raw agricultural exemption).
