• Vendor Applicants: Business legal name, contact names, business address, telephone number, email, NYS Ag & Markets 20-C license details, Certificate of Insurance (COI) documents, and sales tax identification.
• Volunteers & Community Members: Contact details submitted via volunteer interest or general inquiry forms.
• Fiduciary Board Members: Corporate governance documents, identity credentials for administrative portal access, and statutory conflict disclosures required under NY N-PCL § 715-a.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is strictly utilized to:

• Review, qualify, and manage vendor applications for the Sunday Farmers Market.
• Maintain statutory corporate records, compliance filings, and insurance documentation.
